Nornas: bills, paydays and reminders, before they arrive

Common questions
My reminders are not arriving
Check that notifications are allowed: Settings › Nornas › Notifications. Nornas reminds you the day before a bill is due, at 9am, and on the morning of a payday. It does not remind you about something already marked paid, and it will not remind you twice about the same day.
Nothing appeared after I turned on Calendar or Reminders
Nornas only looks at entries that have a date and mention an amount. A reminder that says “call the landlord” is not a bill. Anything that resembles an entry you already have waits for your decision rather than being added twice; you will find it under Review Detected in Account.
I shared a bill and the other person cannot open it
Invitation links work once and expire after thirty days. If someone else opened it first, or it has been sitting in a message for a month, create a new one from the bill.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In Apple’s settings, not in Nornas. Tap your name in the Settings app, then Subscriptions. We cannot cancel it for you, and refunds are Apple’s to give.
Cancelling closes any bank connection you hold. Everything else in Nornas keeps working and nothing you entered is deleted.
How do I disconnect a bank?
Account › Connected Features, and disconnect it there. That deletes the connection and everything derived from it.
How do I delete my account?
Account › Connected Features › Delete Account & Connected Data. That removes your data from our servers.
Deleting the app removes what is on the device, but not what is on our servers. Delete the account first if you want both gone.
Will I lose everything if I delete the app?
Your bills, plans and reminders live on the device, so yes, unless they are in an iCloud or computer backup. Nothing you have not shared is on our servers for us to restore.
